Foxstone is an Indio development located north of Interstate 10. Designed by KB Homes, the houses here are popular with second home buyers and local residents. There are no Mello Roos, and the residents enjoy low homeowner’s association dues.
Many of the homes offer excellent upgrades throughout. They were built with open floor plans to allow for entertaining both in the kitchens and livings rooms as well as on the outdoor deck. Spacious kitchens have been improved with granite counters, tile back splash, and the latest stainless steel appliances. In some you’ll see ceramic textured tiling and designer paint colors. Improvements usually include carpeting, bathroom updates, and new fireplaces.
Large walk-in closets are an impressive feature of these large master bedrooms as well as separate guest quarters with private bathrooms. Outdoors it’s time to barbecue, enjoy the sunset, and socialize with friends while enjoying the well-manicured landscaping. The two-car garages are roomy with long driveways for parking. The yards in this community are large with efficient irrigation and plenty of palm trees. And greenbelts wrap their way through the area inviting the beautiful native plants and animals of the region.
Although the summer temperatures can reach over 100, this area is surrounded by three majestic mountain ranges which helps keep the average at 89 degrees. Winter temperatures rarely go below 68 °F.
While the neighborhood is quiet and serene, there is plenty to do in the City of Indio. Foxstone is within walking and close driving distance to new shopping centers and dining facilities. Nearby schools include Coachella Valley USD Special Ed PreK, Hoover Elementary School, Indio Middle School, and Shadow Hills High School.
